Band FAQ – Triumphs Espresso & Whiskey

House Rules

Thank you for joining us at Triumphs Espresso & Whiskey for Jazz Nights! We are excited to host you and are honored that you would share your gifts with us. Below are our house rules. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to Kevin Arellano. kevin@triumphsdallas.com

Downbeat

We hold a high standard of consistency for our guests at Triumphs. From our cocktails and service to our timeliness and neatness. We expect all musicians to be present and ready for a downbeat at 8pm sharp.

Bags & Cases

Unfortunately we have limited room and no storage available at our small shop. We kindly ask that you take any cases or bags back to your vehicles for storage. Please keep our “living room” neat and clear of any extra gear bags. No carts, bags or cases are allowed to be parked outside in our patio area. We ask that you please return all cases to your vehicles.

Dress Code

We ask all of our team members to represent Triumphs to the best of your ability in professionalism and timeliness and we extend that request to our family of artists. Please dress classy and professional. Business casual minimum. Please No shorts, No sandals, No windbreakers, No sports wear, No sneakers. Collared shirts or sports jackets preferred.

No Equipment Left Overnight

Please do not leave your equipment in our shop overnight. Triumphs is not liable for any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

No Guest Musicians

We very very much appreciate you and are honored to host you. Your set slot is not an open jam. Please note that we are very specific about who we host and the amount of musicians due to the limited amount of space and the flow of traffic required for the lounge area. Please note that open jams, guest musicians or guest singers are strictly prohibited.

Breaks

Breaks in between sets are limited to 20 minutes. This is highly monitored. If you’ve ordered your drink but haven’t received it before your break ends, no worries. Our team will deliver it to you once your drink is ready.

Band Tab

We proudly offer you a $45 Complimentary Tab per person in your band. Due to high volume, we will not be able to serve Seasonal Cocktails to band members. Feel free to take advantage of our VIP Discount of 20% Off your tab beyond that point.

Food

We’d love to feed you! Due to high demand and limited supply please note that all food orders must be placed by 7:45pm or we can’t provide food service. You may choose to have your food items ready during either intermission or boxed to-go.

Please note that our patrons take priority of our food inventory, and occasionally we do run out before the night is over. So, we ask that you get your food orders in as early as possible.

Drinks

Band members are welcomed to drinks from our classic cocktail menu and well bottles. Kindly note that this does not include any of our premium whiskeys or featured cocktails.

Band Tab Etiquette

Drinks and Food are for band only, not guests, or friends or girlfriends. Please note that ordering for your guests is strictly prohibited and your tab will be charged.
